Abstract

A few decades ago, a new technique appeared within action pedagogy, which involves combining linguistic, linguistic and cultural goals in a creative and imaginative way: global simulation. In the first part of the paper, we will present the use of global simulations in general foreign language courses as well as in language teaching for special purposes and show how global simulations bring novelties into pedagogical practice. Then we will present our own experience, which is based on the tasks that the second year students of the FEFA higher education institution in Belgrade, who study French as an elective subject, performed within the project "Company Life". The results of the research show that this way of working, in addition to raising students' motivation, because it gives them the opportunity to express themselves without restrictions and to communicate freely within the group, contributes to expanding language and cultural knowledge, enriching vocabulary and practicing oral and written production. and through direct access to a foreign language and culture.
